perfecting character concepts in photoshop

I sorted out the veil, I gave it edging detail and more line detail on a new layer using a very small brush, I just went round the edges of the veil to create an outline, i used the same method to create creases and folds in the fabric.
I then used a low opacity blur tool to blend the edges in, so they wouldnt be to prominent.

im happy with this one, well happier :)
